Coordinate conversion code is available separately from the SEDRIS
core software. This code is the same as that appearing under the "libsrc./.conversions"
subdirectory when the core software release is expanded for use. The code
cannot be compiled by itself, however it is made available separately for
stand-alone use in other applications.
