FAQs
- As a consumer, I don't use the colour model that the data provider
used. How can I get the colour values in the model I use?
- If you use any of the SEDRIS defined colour models (RGB, CMY, or HSV),
then you are in luck. The SEDRIS Level 0 API, if directed to do so,
will change all <Primitive Colours>
into whichever directly supported colour model you wish to specify.
If you need a colour model that is not directly supported, then specify
an appropriate colour model for use with one of the utility functions
provided in the DRM API.
- Where can I find more information on colour in SEDRIS?
- See Part 4, Volume 8
Images and Colour Models Technical Guide
of the SEDRIS Documentation Set for further information.
