may not get an opportunity, will know what the presentation is:
- Dear Paul,
- .
- As a small measure of our appreciation,
this original SEDRIS Data Model is presented in recognition of your outstanding
contributions to the SEDRIS project and the field of environmental technologies.
The Community, the Defense Modeling & Simulation Office and we are
indeed indebted to you, to your continued leadership, patience, tenacity
and dedication in promoting the role and importance of environmental topics
and technologies.

Thank-you very much.

I want to take a moment, since we have both Colonel
Crain and Juan Perez here. I'd like to ask them to come up for just a second
-- since they are the sponsoring organization, and Paul works at DMSO --
to make a few remarks."

"I'll be real brief, I realize the beer
is around the corner.
.
I heard in Paul's statement, he referred to the
SEDRIS family. I think that was a very telling comment. I've had the great
pleasure of having worked with Paul just for the past two years. And the
attitude that he has taken into the labor of love that he has devoted to
this effort -- clearly it's needed out there -- but to refer to it as the
SEDRIS family, I think is reflective of the way that he has dedicated himself,
and his heart and his labors to the success of this.
.
Paul, thank-you very much."
