My own personal leadership mantra is positive pro-active partnership. Because
with the questions we have today, you can't do it all yourself. We don't
have the funds to do it all ourselves. We don't necessarily have all the
people or contractors.

So partnership is a wonderful thing. And the
work that you all have done in the last -- I was looking at a time line
you had -- in the last five, six years, or more than that, it's just really
impressive because of the, if anything, the love of the work you're doing.
And it's very, very impressive to see what you've accomplished through
your partnerships. So we're interested in that."
