Develop an idealized earth, objects, and atmospherics for the development of data and information related to JSF and off-board sensor interaction
Assess current needs and project future requirements for modeling and simulation to support test, training, mission planning, and other communities
Provide a framework for multi-level fidelity enhancements for future data types and promote an understanding of the level of detail for the groups to reconcile analysis levels
