Common Functions

• Use SE_OpenTranmittalByFile()

  • SE_CREATE for pure creation
  • SE_UPDATE to update transmittal

• SE_OpenTransmittalByName()

  • SE_CREATE
    • Cannot be used because the transmittal has not been created and the auto resolution cannot occur.

• SE_CloseTransmittal()

• SE_FreeObject()

  • Even the Root Object needs to be freed
