CTDB Format
Elevation data can be stored as either regular grids or triangulated irregular networks (TINs)
- Gridded, TINed, or Hybrid
Regular elevation grids use pages for spatial organization
- Pages are stored west to east, south to north
- Each page contains 32 x 32 elevation posts
