Mapping SEDRIS Objects to CTDB Objects
A Features File is used by the SEDRIS to CTDB compiler to map potentially different SEDRIS transmittal models to CTDB terrain data model.
- Allows data producers to satisfy requirements for other simulation applications.
- Does not require hard coding of codes in compiler
Example - structures could be classified as:
Building (AL015) Shed (AL019)
Hut (AL100) Cabin (AL101)
- Compiler can be told to look for all types or only specific types
