Polygon Attribute Table
CTDB PAT contains four columns:
- SIMNET Mobility Word
- Surface Material Code (SMC_)
- Soil Type (STP_)
- Surface Wetness Condition (SWC_)
Each row in the PAT corresponds to a unique collection of these four values
- Referenced by soil grid, microterrain, and terrain elements (TIN representation)
