Optional Arguments
- format Allows creation of CTDB versions between 4 and 7
- nogridded Exclude creation of elevation and soil grids
- notinned Exclude creation of TINs
- features Pathname of Features File
- use_metadata Use metadata from previous traversal (Phase 1)
- use_object_data Use SEDRIS objects extracted from a previous traversal (Phase 2)
- no_spatial_domain Allows user to create a CTDB that is a subset of the SEDRIS transmittal
- Must supply zone, min_northing, min_easting, max_northing, max_easting arguments as well to define CTDB extents
