Specifies the spatial extents of the object it describes.
No fields; instead, has 2 ordered Location components, the lower left and upper right corners of the region.
- Locations must be valid and in scope
- Locations must be of the same dimensionality
- Must specify a valid area (if 2D) or volume (if 3D)
