Urban Terrain Characterization: Criteria for Success
1. Data useable by urban dispersion models
- Correct format, or able to be converted into it
2. Resolution & accuracy match model capabilities & needs
- Need ability to evolve as models improve

3. Ability to acquire data in any location, incl. hostile areas
- Must be able to use satellite data (perhaps UAVs?)

4. Data consistent with data used in DTRA's other models
- Suggests creation of consolidated database to combine
data from all sources -- eliminate inconsistencies
