• Calculate and distribute all dynamic terrain changes to other federation members

• Simulate the hydrologic process, linking OASES and DTSim
  • Based on the Short Term Operational Forecasts of Trafficability (SOFT) model
  • Modifies runtime terrain database to reflect dynamic changes in hydrologic conditions
  • Computes changing hydrologic conditions based on authoritative model and update soil attributes
  • Affects vehicle mobility for tracked and wheeled vehicles
