Filling the CTDB Header Data

• Two CTDB headers hold metadata information

• CTDB Header

  • CTDB format
  • Gridded / TINed
  • Spatial extents of database
  • Grid post spacing and patch size
  • Origin easting, northing, and zone number (for UTM)
  • Name, version, date created

• CTDB Auxiliary Header

  • GCS_Mode – GCS (single or multi) or UTM
  • Is there geoid correction data
  • GCS Cell ID
  • Longitude and Latitude extents of the database
