TINs and Micro-Terrain

• libCTDB can convert micro-terrain into a Triangular Irregular Network (TIN).

• The data for TINs and micro-terrain are separated into patches in the CTDB.

• Like the feature data, this patch organization is maintained in the generated SEDRIS transmittal.

• Each <Polygon> will index an entry into the <Property Table>, which captures the CTDB PAT.
