Placing a Solid Cube on an ORS

• Excavation is not allowed because

there is no Topographic Surface

The ORS is a mathematical  concept – it is not the terrain!

• The cube can only contact the  ORS at one common point

• Once the terrain is modeled, there  are many ways to site a cube by  using excavation
