? { valid | extended | invalid } with respect to their native SRFs, as well as being
? { valid | extended | invalid } with respect to another SRF
- e.g., a GD coordinate in Britain converted/transformed to the UTM Zone 17 SRF would be invalid
? valid in the context of the SRF of a Unified Environment created by a Data Provider, but
? invalid in the context of a SRF specified by a Data Consumer
