Stage 3: Committee Stage
The committee draft (CD) is registered by the ISO CS. It is distributed for voting by the P-members of the SC.
Successive CDs may be considered until consensus is reached on the technical content. The last CD is called the Final CD (FCD)
Once consensus has been attained, the text is finalized for submission as a Draft International Standard (DIS).
