EDCS Dictionary

• An EDCS Dictionary is a list of EDCS Dictionary Entries.

• Each dictionary contains entries of a similar nature.

• Each entry describes a single concept.

• An EDCS Dictionary Entry consists of these fields:

  • the definition,
  • the label,
  • the code,
  • references and reference types, and
  • other EDCS Dictionary-dependent information such as value types, unit symbols and unit equivalence classes.
