Development of the Prototype
Develop “easy-to-use” GUI/application to provide user with:
- Simulation view from the bridge
- Actual digital imagery
- Text for navigational safety and key METOC issues
- Simulation capability to see from a “bird’s eye” view as well as underwater perspective
- Links to safe haven studies, digital nautical charts (DNCs) and other pertinent environmental and navigational information via CDs/websites
