Opening an STF: ITR Resolution

• URNs are mapped to an STF file set using the sedris.rsl file

• Transmittal entry field format in the sedris.rsl file:

  
  
  TRANSMITTAL <sedris_urn> <version> <sedris_url>

• Transmittal entry field Windows Example:

  
  
  TRANSMITTAL urn:sedris:stf:stf_belle:1 3.1:stf:3.1 file://localhost/d:\SEDRIS\Transmittals\stf_belle.stf

• Set SEDRIS_RESOLVER_PATH to sedris.rsl location

• Used by the API to find all transmittals referenced through ITR
