STF Importing:
Spatial Organization
When an STF is loaded, the SEDRIS Importer Plug-In will attempt to determine a spatial organization (if that option is enabled).
It is specifically looking for <Spatial Index Related Geometry/Features>.
Embedded <SIRG/F> are supported.
