Example: DRM to CTDB Mapping
CTDB: Volume Models (buildings, obstacles)
- Stored in CTDB as a set of 3D vertices representing the roofline of the volume.
- SAF “drops down” walls to the terrain for each pair of vertices.
- CTDB limits number of vertices to 15.
-
DRM
- <Areal Feature>.
- With or without a <Property Value> to indicate the height above terrain
- <Union of Primitive Geometry>
- Classified with appropriate classification code
- What is appropriate – check the EDCS query tool
- <Point Feature>
- With or without <Property Value>to indicate height, width, and orientation
- With appropriate classification
