I.10 Proposal for a common reference or common supplemental reference

In case a submitter is submitting a set of registration proposals all of which cite the same document as a reference and/or supplemental reference, that document may be specified using the following form and only the suggested reference identifier used in the proposals themselves. A reference alone shall not be registered. A new reference shall not be added for a concept that is already registered.
