One of the highly sought areas of the conference was the Tutorials. Packed with a wide range of topics, they offered a rich learning experience to all attendees. They included introductory material, in depth coverage of the SEDRIS technology components, and a variety of technical and specialty area topics.

The tutorials were not intended to act as formal courses, such as those given in a classroom setting. However, the tutorials were highly educational, and were designed to provide sufficient information about a particular topic to allow the attendee to become knowledgeable about the key points and issues.

Tutorials are categorized into three areas: introductory, technical, and specialty. Each area covered a unique set of topics. Attendees were encouraged to select those tutorials (across all areas) that best suited their needs, interest, and technical background. Each area is described in further detail.
