LSP 2D Location

Class Name: LSP 2D Location

Superclass - <Location 2D>

Subclasses

This DRM class is concrete and has no subclasses.

Definition

An instance of this DRM class specifies a coordinate for an SRF based on the Local Space Polar 2D SRFT.

See 8.5.27 Local space polar 2D SRFT of ISO/IEC 18026 for a complete definition.

Secondary Pages in DRM Diagram:

This class appears on only one page of the DRM class diagram.

Example

  1. An SRF derived from the Local Space Polar 2D SRFT is used to specify polar coordinates in an abstract 2d space. Such an SRF is useful for specifying <Model> instances having radial symmetry such that it is convenient to use polar coordinates (<LSP 2D Location> instances) rather than Cartesian coordinates such as <LSR 2D Location> instances.
