  • Polygon’s attribution must map to “cctt_mobility” or “simnet_mobility” entries of the Features File
  • Polygon’s attribution matches the EAC EDCS_AC_SURFACE_MATERIAL_CATEGORY

• Created from same property grid objects used for creating TINs that meet one of these conditions:

  • Has a <Table Property Description> object whose attribution maps to either “cctt_mobility” or “simnet_mobility” entries of the Features File
  • Has a <Table Property Description> object whose attribution matches the EAC EDCS_AC_SURFACE_MATERIAL_CATEGORY
