Coordinate Conversion is the process of determining the equivalent spatial location of a point in a SRF that is based on the same object reference model, but a different coordinate system
Coordinate Transformation is the process of determining the equivalent spatial location of a point in a SRF that is based on the same coordinate system, but a different object reference model
Converting coordinates between two arbitrary Spatial Reference Frames may require both Coordinate Conversion and Coordinate Transformation
