This class provides a place for a [CSDGM]-compliant description of a high-level SEDRIS object (e.g. <Transmittal_Root>, <Model>, <Image>, etc.) <Description> includes an abstract field, which describes what the object is, a purpose field, which describes how the object is intended to be used, and an additional field for any other information about the object.
